环境污染控制工程研究室

环境污染控制工程研究室围绕我国当前水污染与水资源缺乏双重压力的水环境问题,针对点面源水污染控制及资源化技术开展理论研究、技术研发及工程应用等工作。研究室现有教授3人,副教授2人,毕业生中2人获得德国洪堡奖学金。近年来,研究室承担国家科技重大专项课题、863、国家自然科学基金及80余项企业合作项目。获辽宁省自然科学二等奖2项,教育部科技进步一等奖1项,发表SCI论文300余篇,获授权专利60余件。

主要研究方向:(1) 先进生物技术:研究以ANAMMOX为核心的生物脱氮技术(国际上首次提出SNAD工艺),A2O-MBR生化处理高氨氮废水技术,城市污水生物吸附-膜浓缩-厌氧消化氨氧化集成资源回收技术等;(2) 膜分离技术:有机膜、无机膜、正渗透膜分离系列技术开发与工程应用研究;(3) 农村固体有机废物资源化技术;(4) 能源-环境电催化技术;(5) 微生物燃料电池/电解池去污产能技术;(6)工业生态与环境规划:工业生态园规划、流域水循环经济及污染场地风险评价与生态修复。

Environmental Pollution Control Engineering Laboratory focuses on the major problems of aquatic environment in China (dual pressures of water pollution and water scarcity), carrying out work in theoretical research, technology development and engineering application of point/non-point source water pollution control and resourceful recycling technology.

The laboratory currently has 3 professors, 2 associate professor, 2 of graduates received Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. The laboratory has undertaken a lots of research projects, including High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 program), State Major Water-specific Project, National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as more than 60 enterprise cooperation projects. The laboratory obtained two 2nd prize of natural science in Liaoning province and 1st prize of Ministry of Education Science and Technology Progress Award. More than 300 academic articles have been published in SCI journals, and more than 60 China invention patents have been authorized.

The research fields of the laboratory include:

(1) Advanced biotechnology (Anammox, SNAD, A2O-MBR, etc.), developing the new reactors and treatment processes, (2) Developing and engineering application research on organic, inorganic and forward osmosis membrane separation technology, (3) Solid waste pollution resource recovery technology, (4) Energy-environment related electrocatalytic techniques, (5) MFC/MEC; (6) Industrial ecology and environmental planning.

代表性成果

——以厌氧氨氧化(ANAMMOX))为核心的新型高效生物脱氮技术研究

1.利用厌氧水解-硝化-反硝化/ANAMMOX技术和厌氧水解酸化-生物转盘SNAD技术,开发了一体式城市污水脱氮新工艺;

2.以固定床ANAMMOX生物膜反应器和亚硝化膜生物反应器构建了适用于高浓度含氮废水、低C/N比有机废水的前置式ANAMMOX-亚硝化新型生物脱氮工艺;

3.针对ANAMMOX处理氨氮废水中NO2-N来源问题,提出了空气/生物气混合曝气的SAND-MBR新工艺。


——沼气化、肥料化与零排放集成技术(IMFZ-Integrated Methane, Fertilizer and Zero Emission Technology)


针对秸秆生物降解效率低、厌氧消化沼渣沼液难处理问题,结合我国农村固体有机废弃物处理需求,开发以牛瘤胃菌为功能微生物的厌氧消化与好氧堆肥联合技术,实现畜禽养殖粪污与农业秸秆的能源化、资源化和零排放,通过了《农业固体有机废物沼气化、肥料化、零排放集成技术与关键设备》科技成果鉴定(鉴字[教CW2015]第007号)。
